Film_Crop
The easiest video cropper, speed adjust, and output formatter. This was specifically designed for formatting film to video conversions. Most 8mm and 16mm cameras actually expose more of a frame than is visible when using a projector. By overscanning the frames when converting to video and then cropping them to remove extraneous dust around the film gate and the visible sprocket holes, you can get 15 to 20 percent more image than you ever saw using your projector. In addition you can adjust your frame rate, pad the video to a 16:9 ratio, select your output resolution to 480p, 720p, or 1080p, and convert the video to an h264 format as an MP4 file.
